Old Navy: No $1 t-shirt sale?

I'm hearing numerous reports that Old Navy stores have pulled the plug on doing the $1 flag t-shirt sale tomorrow (Friday, July 3, 2009).

If you were considering making a special trip to purchase these, please call ahead of time to see if your store is still running this sale.

My apologies on posting faulty information. From what I'm hearing, it was a last-minute decision not to run this sale.

A Big Thanks to Money Saving Mom for this info! It appears, from what I have read, that Old Navy is still doing this deal in Canada but not the USA!!??? What's up with THAT!??? Ummmm...excuse me....Old Navy.....do you NOT KNOW what the 4th of July is all about???? Hello Hello!!!!
