FREE COOKBOOK

FREE Mini Cookbook (a download) for Spring Picnics!  Just go to qualityhealth and Submit your info.  Fill out the form and you'll be able to either print out the pages or save to a file.  These are awesome HEALTHY recipes that I can't wait to make!

For example:
Tropical Tangy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
4 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 navel oranges, white pith discarded, cut
crosswise into 1/4 inch slices

Cooking Directions:
Combine oranges, bananas, and mangos in a
salad bowl. Add lime juice and toss. Combine
honey and yogurt in another bowl. Pour over fruit
and toss before serving.
