STACK COOKING

Do any of you cook your family's meals using the Stack Cooker method?  I used to have a stack cooker that I purchased from Tupperware, but over the years, I kind of forgot about it and it got misplaced stored (HA!) in the back of my cupboard.  Today, though, I started thinking about how much I really liked cooking with it and how tasty those meals were.  This recipe if from a friend of mine.  It was super easy to make and super yummy!   This is a keeper that I am definitely going to make again:

Super Easy Supper

Bottom
2 cans french cut green beans 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 T soy sauce 3 slices bacon, quartered

Middle
1 onion, slivered 4 new potatoes, sliced thin
4-6 boneless chicken breast or thighs seasoned salt for the chicken

Top
3 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup red hots

Nest all three casseroles and place in your microwave. Zap on high 25 min. This is so wonderful and simple!!

If you have any tasty stack cooking recipes to share, please do!  I cannot locate my recipe book that came with my set....it must also be misplaced stored somewhere!  lol
