I hope you are all having a terrific Monday. I, for one, am not feeling so perky...I have been having some issues with my ostomy and scar tissue, and the very act of eating food is having a negative affect on my body...think "blockages..." OUCH!
Hopefully I'll be back to my usual hyper self soon!!! :)
