Good Morning Everyone in Bloggy Land!! I am soooo happy....Do you want to know why I am sooooo happy! Well, I'll be happy to tell you! LOL!!

It is because I have a beautiful new Button on my blog and a new widget on Entrecard!! Do you see my new button on the right side?? They were designed by Diana of Custom Blog Designs. If you are thinking of re-doing your blog, or would like to do a few little "tweaks" here and there, she is definitely your gal. I found her to be very easy to work with, even though our only communication was by e-mail, because she radiates helpfulness and eager-to-please-ness via the computer. I told her that whenever I am ready to "take the plunge" and re-do my entire blog, I am definitely having her do it!

I met the nicest gal at the small-town Walgreens next to my small-town, and I told her that I would post some info on the Coppertone deal that Wags is running this week: So, nice gal, here is the run-down on the deal-i-o:

Coppertone Products get $10 RR WYB 2
-$5 coppertone nutrashield
-$1.50 Coppertone NutraShield SS 5/10/09
-$1.50 Coppertone, any SS 5/10/09

Let me explain the above: The RR WYB 2 stands for "Register Reward When You Buy Two." So, if you purchase 2 Coppertone Products in the same transaction, you will receive a $10 Register Reward at checkout.

To make the deal even sweeter, you can print off a $5.00 coupon, good towards Coppertone NutraShield (using the link that I have provided). If you use your brower's back button, you should be able to print this coupon 2 times. Use either one or two coupons and you'll save an additional $5/$10 dollars at checkout.

The SS stands for Smart Source; these are the coupons that come in the Sunday Newspaper.

Here is the deal scenario that I would use if I had (2) coupons:

• Purchase 2 Coppertone NutraShield @ $11.50 (I think this was the price at the small-town's Wags) = $23.00



• Use (2) $5.00 off Coppertone NutraShield Coupons = $10.00



• Total after coupons will be $13.00



• Total after $10 Register Rewards will be $3.00

You use the RR in figuring out your total cost, because, basically, Walgreens is paying you to purchase the product. You are getting $10.00 back, so you minus that from your total after coupons.

Even if I didn't have coupons for the Coppertone, I still would purchase it. However, I would purchase the less expensive Coppertone product, like the $9.99 item, buy 2 of them which would equal $20.00 and get back $10.00. So, basically, you are getting one of the Coppertone products FREE, because you are getting back, in register rewards, the price of one of the Coppertone.

GOOD MORNING! I was excited to check my e-mails, and there was one from kraft foods. It appears that their coupons have been re-set, so I was able to print out some more Country Time Lemonade and General Foods International Coffee coupons. Woo-Hoo! Check out the site and print them while they are still available; these coupons go FAST!!!

On the subject of all things thrifty, it has been so lovely and cool here that I haven't had to run the AC. YAY! This means a lovely $$ savings on my bill. Because of the wonderful breezes blowing through the house, it has been very comfortable here. My son has asthma, and when it get hot and humid outside, he finds it very hard to breathe. So, we run the AC for his comfort.

When I was visiting Alyssa at kingdom first mom, she posted about Quiznos: Buy One Toasty Torpedo Get One @ 50% off! (BOGO). The link to print this fab coupons is here: print 2 before they are gone! I just printed mine, and plan to use it when I go to the Big Town tomorrow. It says on the bottom of the coupon that the sandwich is only $4 every day; this means that I will be able to get TWO for only $6.00.

That makes it $3.00 per Torpedo. I am going to try the Turkey Club; I'll let you know how it tastes!! :)

MONDAY MONDAY!!

Anybody remember that old song, "Monday, Monday?" Ever since I sat down to blog this morning, it has been running thru my head! Quick, anybody, who wrote it?

Anyway, the weekend was glorious, just glorious!! It was absolutely perfect gardening weather, I wasn't sick (yay!), and, best of all, I DIDN'T HAVE ANYWHERE TO GO! Yes, that's right...I was able to stay home and weed, plant, and weed (haha!) to my little heart's content. It was wonderful....

Then, as I was checking on bloggy world yesterday, I saw that I have TWO new followers! WOO-HOO! I was so excited! I'd like to welcome DCRose at dcrose all about cakes and AKMom over at alska mom. I'm telling you what, I was doing the happy dance, and danced all the way to their blogs to check them out. WOW, DOUBLE WOW!! That is all I can say about these gal's blogs!

DCRose has such Fantastic and Unbelievable pictures of cakes that she has made.....you just have to go check it out for yourself. I spent quite awhile at her blog just studying the pictures and looking at all of the effort that she puts into her creations.

AKMom also has lovely food pictures and recipes, and best of all, she has pictures of Alaska! I've always dreamed of going there...one time, when I was still single, I seriously thought about taking an Alaskan cruise. Her pictures are simply amazing, and I loved looking at them!! If you have time today, go and visit these two blogs, and you'll see what I mean!!

I am going to a dr. appt. in the Big town next to my Small town, and that means shopping at the mall after the appt! I stumbled upon this when I was going around bloggy world. Yay for all things free! :)

FINALLY FRIDAY!!! YIPPEE!!

Well, we have all made it to FINALLY FRIDAY! We had an 8th grade promotion last evening, and tonight, we have a high school graduation to attend. I enjoy going, but since our school does not have air conditioning, it gets VERY HOT in that gym.

I found some great deals and advice when I was doing my usual cruising around bloggy world. To start off, I was over at Alicia's blog at cheap or free thats for me, and she mentioned about coupons.com having a printable Country Time lemonade coupon! I had just checked there a few days ago, and I never saw it. But, I went this morning, and there it was!! I was able to print off two; since we are in charge of a family reunion in a few weeks, and we provide the drinks, this will be a very inexpensive (and delicious!) drink to serve!! Woo-Hoo!! Print them ASAP, because I predict that this coupon will go fast.......:):) **Thank you Alicia!! **

Then, I came across this great post about how to possibly print those coupons that just sometimes REFUSE to print.
